- Created the project structure, code base, and reusable templates to start new features fast and in a consistent style.
- Designed complex forms with clear validation, dependent fields, and simple error states; made form helpers for reuse.
- Connected forms to services, handled loading and errors, and synced data with Redux Toolkit/Saga and TanStack Query.
- Configured lint/format rules, folder conventions, and short docs to help the team work faster with fewer bugs.
- Reviewed PRs, shared templates/snippets, and guided best practices for forms, state, and API calls.
Challenges
- Interpreting incomplete technical documentation (only Figma and feature spreadsheets) from overseas stakeholders.
- Collaborating fully in English with the client to clarify requirements and edge cases.
- Working under aggressive timelines to reach production quality.
- Integrating large-scope features (AI and real-time messaging) reliably.
